Covid-19 Update Notice

Updated 3/31/2020

With new recommendations to shelter in place from Governor Pritzker, we are are updating our expected reopening date to Friday, May 1. We will continue to be available by phone Monday-Friday 10am-3pm, our doctors will be available for virtual visits for eye emergencies 24/7.

Out of concern for our patients and staff, and under the recommendation of the CDC, the American Optometric Association, and the order to shelter-in-place issued by Governor Pritzker, we are temporarily closing our office for all routine appointments. We will have staff in the office 10am-3pm, Monday-Friday to answer phones. If you have an eye emergency, please call our office, our doctors are here to either assist you via phone or in office. If you are calling before or after our office time, for all eye emergencies, we have a doctor on call 24/7.

It is our goal to continue serving our patients by:

  • ordering contact lenses delivered directly to you
  • scheduling future appointments
  • curbside dispensing of contact lenses, glasses, MacuHealth, dry eye supplements or drops

Please call our office if you would like to pick up any of the above, payments for any outstanding balances will be collected during the call. When you arrive in our parking lot, call the office and we will deliver to your car. We will be available to adjust your eyewear when we reopen. Our labs are working with us to make sure warranties on any eyewear dispensed during this time are honored.

Hoping you are all healthy and safe, we look forward to seeing you at your next appointment!
